In which countries do you operate?
Our Sales and Design Office is in Cape Town and we work nationally throughout South Africa at all the major exhibition venues. We build and deliver out of factories in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
What size stands do you build and how much do they cost?
We build any size stand from small custom to large double story or pavilion stands to outdoor stands – view the types of stands we do on our gallery or package page and contact us for a design proposal.
I need help with my design and don’t have a design brief – can you help?
Yes, please complete our design overview and we will make contact with you to discuss all your needs.
Do you charge for your designs and proposals?
No we do not, we have an in-house designer and we offer you a no obligation design and proposal and allow for 2 changes to this design in the decision making process, after which any further changes will only be made after appointing us as the official contractor.
I have my own design, can you work with this?
Yes we can work with your design and quote on the installation of this, providing we have permission to use the design we receive.
What are your payment terms?
On signing off our proposal, a 75% deposit is payable to secure the order and for us to purchase the materials and commence production. A final 25% is payable before the first day of the show.
Do you supply stands on a hire only basis?
No we are able to design in such a way that elements of your stand could be owned and re-used.
What is the lead-time for you to submit your design after a quote request?
On receiving a full brief, and all the required design elements, a design and quotation can take anything from 72 hours to 2 weeks, depending on the size and scope of work. Each stand is unique and designed accordingly.
What about the graphics for our stand?
Please supply us with high resolution JPEGS for the use in the design of your stand, these will be used as representation in or proposal to you. On signing off the stand and our proposal, we supply you with a full set of graphic sizes for your ad or artwork agency.
All print ready artwork is to be submitted to us in high resolution PDF documents.
All 2D logos to be supplied in Vector Format.
Do you supply lighting and electrical and AV equipment?
Yes we supply a range of lighting, electrical and AV equipment on a to hire basis, everything that is part of the design we submit to you, will be quoted on and supplied by ourselves.
Do you do the full installation and removal of the stand at the event?
Yes we do. We have a project management team supervising this and you will be invited on pre-designated days to visit the stand during build up.
What about lead management at the event?
We can offer you a lead management system as part of our design proposal, in the form of personalised IPAD applications, to ensure you get the most from the visitors coming to your stand.
I am not based in South Africa, can you still offer us a design proposal?
Yes we can, all can be done via electronic mail and skype, we have assisted many international clients with their exhibitions in South Africa.
I am not based in South Africa, what currency do you invoice in and what about international bank charges?
We can invoice you in ZAR in which case VAT will apply, or we can invoice in USD, or EURO’s in which case no TAX is charged, and the international bank charges will be for our account.
Do you deal with all the paperwork such as submitting plans to the organisers?
Yes we deal with all the associated paperwork, from submitting drawings for approval, the health and safety forms as well as the service orders. We have an in-house logistics team who draws up a full project schedule and you receive full status updates once a week from your Account Executive
We offer a turnkey service for each project.
What other services do you offer?
We offer catering and furniture hire, as well as other services such as shop fitting display design and installation, artwork creation, activations, mall displays, road show packages and more, contact us for more information, we have a sales team ready to service your needs.

You met Renault’s high expectation, you delivered on time – every time. When something needed reprinting, moved and/or re-installed
